1. Restore the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) image
Corrupt or damag WinRE images may prevent the reset process from completing. Restoring the WinRE image may resolve the issue.

Step 1: Open the Start menu bc data china and type Terminalin the search bar. Right-click on the Terminal application and select Run as administrator .

In the Terminal window, click the down arrow and select Command Prompt .

Step 5: Once the DISM scan is complete, enter the following command and click Enterto run the SFC scan:
