PUMA & trigger letters
Trigger emails are another important aspect of using recommendations. If you have add. an item to your cart but have not purchas. it. after a certain amount of time. set by the algorithm. you will receive an email:
- Reminder about an abandon. item: “You left such and such an item in your cart. the price has decreas.. you can review it.”
- Alternative recommendations: If a product is no longer of interest or has been sold out. we recommend other products you might like bas. on your previous views.
