One evening, sitting on the beach, we discuss these principles: Do we agree, or would we like to propose others? Do we understand the web, the Internet, community networks, and digital communication technologies in the same way? More than answers, we took away questions and inspiring ideas.

FWD50 is an international govtech whatsapp number database which, since 2017, has been bringing together global leaders working to innovate government from the inside and out.
