The successful candidate will have:
Preferably a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Five (5) years clinical experience is required
Managed Care experience is require
Occupational medicine, rehabilitation orthopedics, neurology and/or workers compensation / Personal Injury Protection (PIP) experience
Knowledge of understanding of email data case management, philosophy and process is require
Knowledge of case management outcomes and goals is require
Knowledge of assessment criteria. funding sources, community resources is require
Knowledge of health care delivery system is require
Preferably, knowledge of medical protocols and rehabilitative regiments in Workers Compensation or PIP cases
Ability to analyze medical treatment rendered and services cost is require
Ability to negotiate fees is require
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills is require
Ability to meet deadlines, productivity requirements and reporting standards is require
Strong organizational skills is require
A current New Jersey RN license is require
Preferably a case management certification
A valid New Jersey driver’s license is require
