What’s your AI? Go to the department!

I would like to share with you real-life cases of using artificial intelligence in such a large,  cyprus mobile database complex and sometimes bureaucratic bank as ours. Many of you have probably faced similar challenges in working with corporate structures, so I hope this experience will inspire you to make your own changes. If Oschadbank managed to do it, then, without a doubt, you can too.

I think many of you are wondering: what else is artificial intelligence when the basis of bankng is branches? We are constantly working on the development and improvement of our services in various areas. Oschadbank is today a leader in the car lending and mortgage lending market, and our acquiring serves brands such as H&M,  ws database Turkish Airlines and McDonald’s. This is something that cannot be simply bought – it is the result of our hard work and high level of service.

Of course, we still have a lot of work to do. Yes, we have some problems with customer service and queues at branches, and we admit it. I’m not saying that we are an invincible “tank”. But for now, I want to share with you the story of how the implementation of artificial intelligence has changed our approach to business and  calculating the required number of links and waiting for results interaction with customers. I hope these examples will change your perception of the Oschadbank brand.
